Returns & Exchanges

At Duolingo, we want you to love your streak-ready apparel as much as you love your daily lessons. If your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt to ensure your return earns its gold medal.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
